These terms apply to the use of this website and to estimates and offers issued through it by SHER MANAGEMENT FZ-LLC ("SHER Networks", "we").
1. Business customers only
Our services and offers are intended exclusively for businesses, organisations and professionals, not for consumers.
2. Estimates
The price and duration shown after using the configurator are automatically calculated, non-binding estimates based on your answers. A binding agreement is only formed by a signed contract or a written order confirmation.
3. Offers
Detailed offers are valid for 30 days from the date shown. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable. Amounts shown in currencies other than US dollars are converted at the European Central Bank reference rate shown on the offer and are fixed for the offer's validity.
4. Contract partner
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the contract partner is SHER MANAGEMENT FZ-LLC. If you request an EU-based contract partner, the contract may be concluded with our EU partner company, whose details will be provided before signing.
5. Payment
Unless the offer states otherwise: 40% on project start, 30% on the main milestone, 30% on launch. Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
6. Intellectual property
After full payment, you receive ownership of, or an unlimited exclusive licence to, the custom source code, designs and content created for you. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licences.
7. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damages and in total to the fees paid under the respective contract, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Use of this website
You may not misuse the configurator or the request form, for example by submitting false company details or automated requests.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and all contracts with SHER MANAGEMENT FZ-LLC are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts competent for disputes are the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates.
